To install flash player plugin on lubuntu 15.10 is very easy, all you have to do is open terminal/console/command mode (press CTRL + ALT + T), and then type this command:
sudo apt-get install flashplugin-installer
Make sure you have internet access because that command will download some package from ubuntu repository.
